Vista Law Corp brings the same discipline used in high-stakes commercial dispute resolution to something every business needs to get right from day one: incorporation.
Leslie E. Maerov is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CFCIArb.) and a Qualified Arbitrator of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC Q.Arb.). He serves as Director and Treasurer of the Western Canada Commercial Arbitration Society (WCCAS), and maintains an active continuing professional development practice across commercial law and dispute resolution.
He has been named to the rosters of ADRBC, the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee, VanIAC (Vancouver International Arbitration Centre), ICDR Canada (International Centre for Dispute Resolution), FINRA (U.S. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and NFA (U.S. National Futures Association) — and is the immediate past Chair and a long-time director of VanIAC.
That depth of commercial law experience shapes how Vista Law Corp approaches incorporation: building corporate structures meant to hold up under scrutiny, not just pass through the Registry.
Placeholder copy — replace with your firm's real founding story. Vista Law Corp was founded on a simple observation: most BC incorporation services optimize for speed and volume, leaving founders with bare-bones structures that need costly rework the moment they raise money, bring on a partner, or sell the business.
We built a consistent, professional-standard process instead — the same quality of file whether you choose our Simple or Advanced package, so nothing has to be redone later.
Every certificate, register, and resolution is drafted and checked with the same rigor used in commercial dispute resolution.
Secure digital identity verification and confidential handling of every document you share with us.
Structures designed to grow with your company — no reorganization required later.
